College Rescind Help

Hi everyone,

I accepted to University of Toronto but now I’m really worried of getting rescinded because I might get an overall F or D for the online course I take (goes on my report card). U of T said that as long as I maintain an overall B/B+ overage, I should be fine (ie. if I get a average of C in a class but other classes balance my GPA out it should be fine) but I think an F or D might cause concern.

I take 4 APs and 3 honor classes–it just got a little too much for me during 3rd and 4th quarter. Does anyone have any suggestions/experience/tips?

At least for colleges in the US, a D or F would be cause for concern.

You could post on the ‘Ask Questions’ forum on the Join U of T site. Are you allowed to drop?

It depends on whether or not the course is required for your program. If it isn’t, you should be fine. If it’s a required course, and you get a C, you could be in trouble.
