College suitable for me?

Hi,

I'm a Junior in high school and I'm trying to find some colleges that best fits my needs and such and that's not impossible for me to get in.

My SAT's are in the 2220's , taking 3 AP's this year, 5 next year (senior year)
GPA: 3.9 (unweighted)

I'm looking for a school that has happy students, not that competitive and has an pretty campus and good weather for the most part. I'm not interested in a all girl's college or religious. I haven't made my final decision on what to major in, but it's in the science/medical area fore sure such as public health and bio.

If you have any recommendations for me, I'd really appreciate it

Thank You

UC Santa Barbara, Duke, Rollins (proably too easy, but not too competitive). What do you want, south or west? LAC or University? Public or private? More details, please.

Can your parents pay full freight for a school?

Rice University sounds like a great fit. USC might be good, too. Vanderbilt is worth looking at.
