^I don’t have any yet! I was going to get some at MIT, but I lost my purse! Someone found it though, so I’m hoping to get it back soon, with my little MIT hat (that I don’t really like and only bought b/c it was raining).

At this point, it’s like, I’ve waited so late to get a shirt from a school which I might attend that I might as well only get a shirt from the school to which I actually do end up going.

I have…
-University of Washington (my first)…didn’t get in, but I got a lot of wear out of it already. Like, if I did go, I’d probably need a new shirt already.
-University of Nebraska - got it from my half-sister who lives near the campus
-University of San Diego - cousin brought it back from college visits
-Loyola Marymount - visited, cousin goes there, I got in, probably not going
-UC Irvine - visited, didn’t apply to any UCs because I didn’t want to take subject tests =P
-USC - got a band shirt because I’m a band geek…didn’t get in, but I still want to go in a couple years and I like their band anyway.
-University of Hawaii - it’s old (middle school) and I don’t know where it is, but it’s in the house somewhere. =P
-UNLV - visited, considered applying but didn’t because I didn’t like that it seemed like there was nothing to do for the under 21 crowd
-University of Oregon - visited, got accepted, probably not going
-Oregon State - visited, considering it, I have a friend who goes there
-University of Portland - visited, got in/considering it, um…I know someone there, I guess

It might be awkward at first, but there’s nothing wrong with wearing a merch from a college that rejected you. I for one, own a hoodie from a college that rejected me, and it cost me 35 bucks to buy it. Of course, I still wear it since I have fun memories there with my friends, when we hang out. :]

I only ever bought FSU shirts and hoodies, and I’m attending there next year; I’d keep them even if I was rejected, but I don’t think I’d wear them to school… just to the movies or when playing football, basketball, etc… Oh and I have some UF shorts and I got in there, but if I was rejected I don’t think I’d throw them away. I really only wear them in the house anyway.

I wouldn’t wear my FSU merch to UF if I was going there though. That’s just asking for it…

Well, I was at a frat party on campus. I left my purse on the coat rack (I know that sounds really stupid, but no one else’s stuff disappeared!) while I was inside.

As a person very interested in aesthetics, I don’t find campus ugly in the least. East Campus is actually really pretty, but it’s weird over there. And Building 1-10/Infinite/Lobby 7 are very nice. It’s certainly no Harvard, which is what I said to my friend as soon as I got over there, but it’s still nice.

I got a free tshirt from Colgate before the winter holidays and I’m only a junior and the only contact ive had with them was at a college fair…that was really nice of them. Maybe they liked me??! hah idk… I’m actually wearing that tshirt right now LOL and it’s the only college apparel i own after I lost my WPI one (where my sis went haha)

Millancad so are you going to MIT? Boston sounds like an excellent place to spend your college years in. With all the Harvard, Boston U, Tufts students.

I got into MIT EA. the result was somewhat unexpected but anyways, I ordered two shirts and a hoodie the next day. The stuffs came just in time when the school reopened from Winter Break. It was fun wearing 'em merc’s around (but not in an arrogant style) esp. when people just sent in their app’s a couple of days ago. :)
