I'm an international student spending a week in San Francisco this summer and I am extremely interested in the aforementioned claremont colleges. I hear that the claremont consortium strongly encourages prospective students to visit, so I am flying down there for a day. However, looking at the times of tours and information sessions, I cannot fit tours/info sessions of all 3 schools in one day. My trip to the US is quite short, so I would like to fly back to san fran that night.

Can anyone shed light into whether tours or information sessions are more informative and helpful?

Thanks in advance :)

I would visit all of them if you can. Be sure to keep a record yourself of the date and time of your visit, and the name of the tour guide (may need to fill in on the supplements later). If you are able to go on the tour or info. sessions, I would focus on attending Pomona’s and Claremont McKenna, then maybe your own walking tour of Pitzer. Do stop in the admissions office at Pitzer though and mention that you are there, sign in somewhere if you can. Get the name of whom ever you meet in the office, just to note it for yourself.

Thanks for the advice! I am having tours/interviews at both Pomona and Claremont Mckenna, and interviews at all three schools. EXCITED!
