College!

I go to IMSA (Illinois Math and Science Academy) and we have quite a rigorous course program, but I have a pretty low GPA. Around a 3.4, I think. But I have a 33 ACT which I'm pretty sure I can pull up to a 35, and an 800 SAT II Math and 780 SAT II Bio. I do research at Northwestern University, and should be able to enter a science contest next year.

So since grades matter the most to colleges, do I have no chance of getting into BA/MD programs like GPPA at UIC?

also, we don’t have a GPA or rank system, so that is an estimated GPA. We have a 100 hour required community service, and I do extra at my local hospital. I’m on ECs like Science Olympiad and placed 1st at regionals, the school newspaper, a culture club, FBLA, student ambassadors, medical society, a neuroscience club, and a few more.
