Dear XXX

The College Board recently determined that the address we have
on record for you is either insufficient or not in a valid format.
This may jeopardize the delivery of important College Board
correspondence to you, including your SAT score reports.

The address we have in our system is:

XXX St.

CITY

Please access your account at :: College Planning Made Easy | Inside Source for College Admissions Requirements and make any
necessary updates to your mailing address to ensure you will receive
timely communications from the College Board. To update your address,
access your My Organizer account and click the Update My Account link
located in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Just got an email with the above information. I logged into my Collegeboard account to see what was up, but the information that's there is filled out correctly; my address, my city, my state, and country.

Anyone know what I should do?

Call/email them.

If address is correct (including zip code) you should call. Their computer is showing your address does not exist. That’s what computers do best; just sigh relief that it did not decide to determine you do not exist.

There is a slight chance this is a phishing email and not from CB. (I did not check the link you provided.) I would not respond to the email directly. You should call CB instead. (It is probably fine…it is just a really good habit to not respond to email requests for personal information, especially when you don’t see a valid reason for the request.)

even if the email adress says its from collgeboard.com, theres always a chance that its phishing within one of their own computers. So just call them to be positive
