They sent me this :

SAT(R) PROGRAM

Dear [name redacted]

The College Board recently determined that the address we have
on record for you is either insufficient or not in a valid format.
This may jeopardize the delivery of important College Board
correspondence to you, including your SAT score reports.

The address we have in our system is:

Please access your account at :: College Planning Made Easy | Inside Source for College Admissions Requirements and make any
necessary updates to your mailing address to ensure you will receive

I don't know why they sent me this mail to me... My address is absolutely correct...
What's wrong with my address .....
guy help me please.....

It should be:

[Street Address]
SACRAMENTO, CA xxxx

Thats right. And you may not wanna show ur whole address online fyi

yeah, the Sacramento is in there after the address and then again in the state/country.. that'll cause some confusion with the computer systems, i'd bet.. just a simple correction

and future notice, i wouldn't put any personal information like your address on a public forum.. while we all would like to believe this world is full of fun-loving people, it's not.. just be wary in the future

Thanks for helping out the OP. As you can imagine, I thought it was important to edit out the personal information here.
