<p>How good are the explanations for the office sat guide? Do you think the entire course as a whole is worth the money?</p>

<p>I purchased it a while back and it sucked. Its kind of useless if your scoring well above 1800. The course covers the basics and gives you practice tests, but i can just get 3 quality prep books with 70 dollars with 3 times the practice.</p>

<p>I was given access to the SAT online course because I was part of an SAT prep class at my school, and the whole class was forced to enroll. In my opinion, it has been beneficial, but it is a hefty price tag. If you have not already gotten the Blue Book, I think the BB is a better option. If you already bought the BB and have used it to its full potential, I think the online course is a good choice for further preparation. It has six additional tests, access to the essay scorer, and all the lessons that are probably the same as the ones in the blue book. After taking a test, it gives you an online report and access to the explanations. If money is not really an issue, I'd say this a program for you. It won't supply any amazing strategies. It will only supply you with extra practice, which is very beneficial in my opinion.</p>

<p>I would say it's for one thing only: more practice tests. The essay grading is way too easy. I get 6 out of 6 every single time while my essays are more close to a 5 quality.</p>
<p>I would say its for nothing. You can always post your essay on CC and get a very good evaluation by forum members. </p>
<p>Bottom line, don't buy it.</p>

dont buy it now,buy it when u're desparate for practice tests, make a plan and see when u'll be done with bb. or if u have plan set, just buy it,so u can access to answers and see how they r</p>
