Colleges and state tests

Will colleges see our state standardized test scores and take those into consideration???

I don't think they will UNLESS they request it OR your school is stupid like mine and puts your scores on your transcript...

I f they put it on your transcript they WILL put it into consideration??

I really doubt that schools care about it even if it is on your transcript. I don't know for a fact, but I would think that the only reason they would even look twice is if you bombed it (meaning lowest possible score not just not having the highest possible school). Since very few students will have this info on their transcripts and all state tests are different I highly doubt that it is ever even considered (even if you bombed it).

yeah, i've always wondered this about the NYS Regents

Uggh.. The Regents. I was kind of worrying about this in the back of my head. I hope none of the schools I go to consider it heavily.

^really? regents are usually easy compared to my teachers' finals. but chemistry and physics are supposed to be kinda hard

It's okay now. I just got my scores and got the highest marks you can get :D.....Last year I barely passed the reading section and this year I almost got a perfect score!!! SOOOOO EXCITED!!!! Now I hope they look at it so they can see I improved!!!!
