what are best suited colleges and university for biological science in USA??
There are many. Likely in the 100’s.
The USA has thousands of colleges/universities that grant undergraduate degrees. Most of them (other than specialized institutions such as art schools) have biology departments and undergraduate biology majors. Identifying the most suitable schools would depend on many factors, including:
- your budget
- your qualifications
- your personal preferences (for location, size, etc.)
Here is one list of schools that appear to have strong biology departments (at the graduate level, according to this ranking, but also presumably at the undergraduate level in most cases):

Some of the ones near the top admit less than 10% of applicants and cost about $70,000 (USD) per year.
Admission rates for international students might be lower than the overall rates.
thanks a lot !!!
If the only factor that mattered were biology program quality (that is, you could get into and pay for any school, and you don’t care about “fit”), then here are some possibilities:

This is a graduate program ranking, but presumably most of these schools also have very good undergraduate programs.
However, that list does not include any LACs. Here are just a few that might be worth investigating (chosen to illustrate apparent strength/focus in various fields):

Swarthmore, Haverford, Colby, Mt. Holyoke, Reed, Pomona, Carleton . . .
