I'm really interested in going abroad for college. I'm looking at several options right now.
I'm particularly interested in going to Switzerland. Do you guys have any colleges/universities that you know and/or recommend in Switzerland? I'm interested in Medical/Health/Science schools.

My brother-in-law graduated from ETH Zurich. Classes are in high German, everyday life is conducted in Swiss-German, Zurich specific dialect. Classes are in French in Lausanne (his wife’s UG college) and Geneva. I doubt you will find any English language except for the small private international schools in Geneva.

From what I understand, undergrad is taught in the language of the area (german for ETH, french for EPFL) and then master’s tends to be in english across the board. But then everyday life is still in the local language.

And while ETH and EPFL are nos 1 and 2 respectively, all Swiss unis are good, because very few students–the students who really want to be there, who are intellectual, and do not just want a piece of paper so they can be adults and work-- go to university in Switzerland.

ETH Zurich is most certainly the best in Switzerland (and one of the best in the world, by the way). For a Bachelor’s degree you have to speak German, but for Master’s or PhD the official language of instruction is English.
