Colleges don't like Math Level 1???

<p>I have been browsing some of these topics and I have seen that elite colleges frown upon the Math Level 1 and generally don't even consider it! Does anyone know if this is true? If so, why?</p>

<p>If you think about it, Math 1 only tests Algebra 1 and 2 plus Geometry. I don’t think Colleges that require Math 2 scores would offer Pre-Calculus, and elite colleges certainly wouldn’t.</p>
