Colleges in London, UK

Hey I am an international student who wants to do business management. While I’m aware most colleges in the U.K. decrease their rate of acceptance after 15th January, I was hoping to still apply to a few colleges in London and its surrounding area. I’d be grateful if anyone could let me know good colleges for business management where I may still have a good chance of being accepted. Thank you

Are you international for the UK (ie., American), European (EU/EEA), or international for the US and UK (ie. from another region of the world)? It changes your odds.
In addition, I wouldn’t recommend applying to London. It’s crazy expensive, it’s difficult to have a “campus life” since there’s no campus, and if you need last-minute places everyone will have thought of the same thing…
Look into Queen’s Belfast, Cardiff, Durham, Warwick, UEA, Bristol, Brighton, Plymouth, etc.

Hey thanks for the answer. I’m an international student from Asia who by effect is not part of the EU. Campus life is irrelevant to me, prefer living alone actually. I know London’s crazy expensive but I still want to go there or somehwhere nearby. Any recommendations?

There are lots of universities within 1 hour to 1H30 of London.
Would you use the CommonApp?

Hey, I could use the common app or UCAS.

You could just choose all commonapp universities 1H30 from London and apply there, then add 5 different UCAS universities that still have places.
Can you afford the full fees + living costs without financial aid?
Campus life doesn’t mean “living with a roommate”. However, living in a residence with other students is good, because it helps you find friends and it heps you fit in. UK residences all offer single rooms in shared suites or appartments (some are in corridors, but that’s less comfortable). Some are catered (you get breakfast and dinner) and some are self catered (you must cook for yourself). Universities aren’t schools in that they’re not just the place where you go to learn. You learn a lot from your peers. In addition, living alone as a first year in a foreign city is most definitely NOT recommended.

What you’re saying is correct and I’m aware that living alone as a first year student is not recommended but being a bodybuilder my lifestyle is better suited to living alone. Nonetheless, your commonapp idea is great and I’ll definitely go ahead with that.
