what colleges require the sat math 2 subject test?

What colleges are you applying to?
Off the top of my head, I think Carnegie Mellon’s CIT requires it.

I’m applying to USC, columbia, brown, georgetown, washington u in st louis, williams, uc berkeley, ucla, harvard, nyu, and yale!

USC and Wash St Louis do not require SAT IIs but recommend two and you can send either math if you take a math. The UCs do not accept math 1 but do not require a math although math 2 and a science is recommended if applying for engineering.

Under NYUs new system you meet test requirement by sending an SAT (or ACT) OR sending 3 SAT IIs (one of which needs to be a math or science and math 1 is acceptable) OR 3 AP scores. For Columbia, you can submit any two in different subjects except it requires a math (it can be either 1 or 2) and science (physics or chemistry) for its engineering college.

Georgetown no longer “requires” SAT IIs, but “strongly recommends” three in different subjects, and math 1 can be one if you choose, and if you choose not to submit three SAT IIs you should explain your extenuating circumstances for not taking them. Brown, Yale and Harvard require and accept any two SAT IIs in different subjects, including math 1 if you choose it. For Brown and Yale you can submit ACT in lieu of both SAT and SAT IIs.

Forgot Williams which takes any two in different subjects and either math is fine if you choose to submit a math.
