I am an international student with a GPA of 3.7/4 and SAT composite score of 1300 (Total: 2020)
Can you suggest me some colleges where I can get a full ride?
Or at least full tuition scholarship?

You need to be the top of your class in your country to have any chance for scholarships as an International applicant. Full rides are few even for US applicants, so do not expect to get much FA based on your Stats. You need to bump up your SAT score into the 2200+ range for a much better chance. I would look over the International Thread on this website to get some ideas of schools where your stats would get you some FA/merit aid.

Most deadlines have passed though, so you would have to apply in the upcoming cycle (July-December).
