<p>Am looking for a college for a student who is an undocumented foreigner who was brought to the US as an infant and has lived her all her life. Foreign passport, no green card or visa, cannot get financial aid or an F1 Visa (because she cannot leave the country). </p>
<p>Any private or state universities that do not ask for nationality on their applications...or ignore it if question has been left blank.</p>
<p>she is an illegal alien and should get legalized.</p>
<p>They all ask, but many universities are willing to admit undocumented immigrants. A good place to start is your public state university or community college - your friend might even qualify for in-state tuition. (Two state system have made the news in recent years for their treatment of undocumented immigrants: CA for allowing undocumented graduates of CA high schools to pay in-state tuition, and NY for revoking that right.)</p>
