The schools where it would help you are the ones that have 1-2% asians and you would be a URM. Duke is 15% asian and 61% white. Northwestern is 14% asian and 67% white. UPenn is 18% asian and 50% white. It probably isn't going to matter a lot either way, and it is a judgment call. Duke and Northwestern look about right for both races so who cares. UPenn looks a little high for asians and a little low for whites so don't mark any race boxes. Every little bit may help, but don't worry about this too much. :)

GOT IT :( thanks

@dufus3709: I am, by no means, saying that a poor student should not have some kind of advantage versus a rich student in college admissions (assuming matched criteria in the admissions office), but I am suggesting that, rather than doing AA by socioeconomic status, we do it by net worth. Note that my prior statistic was comparing average families. Thus, consider two families of the same socioeconomic statusone white, one black. Though each family makes a similar income based on our systems paradigm, the white familys net worth is eight times as much as the black familys net worth. Essentially, were on the same boatrace should not be the deciding factor of whether one gets an advantage in college admissions or not.

@DukeDevils27: Sorry man; looks like we kind of got off topic just a little bit haha. To answer your question, Im going to have to agree with dufus3709 on this one. Dont worry about it too much, and if you do choose to hold race, find out if there are any possible consequences that could result. Good luck to you.
