<p>Hello, I'm looking for colleges that offer majors in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese & Arabic which don't require SAT for transfer students. I'm currently applying at community colleges, so, the colleges I'm willing to transfer to, have to be okay with transfer students from a community college . I'm really interested in study abroad programs in each of the mentioned languages. Please give me the names of all the colleges you know which offer study abroad programs in at least two of the mentiond languages if not all three. </p>
