How do they check this?

If they require all test scores, what is to stop you from just submitting the best ones, because Collegeboard lets you do score choice?

If i take the SAT 3 times, and do 60 points worse the second time than I did on the first, is that a concern? What if on the third time I do really well? It would really suck to submit that 2nd score.

Colleges will pretty much always judge you based on your highest score. Might as well just be honest and send all of your scores. Who knows? They might secretly super-score you ;)

CollegeBoard claims that colleges cannot every get your information and they imply that you will be able to lie. But I cannot imagine that schools, such as Yale, would accept this policy. If they require all scores, they count your best score, but they use all other scores as “context” to see how many tries it took you to achieve it and other factors.
