well
after looking at everyones posts on college life

I have decided that it would be nice if everyone could describe their college on whether it has a strong dating scene, rather than hookup.

Where the girls arent dumb sluts. or where they are.

It would be nice to know for future references (since im only a junior in HS).
and im sure many people on CC would also liek to know which schools girls want relationships rather than one night stands

wow...ur a pusssy with a capital P

BYU has a strong marriage scene...

and i woudl like alsit of all teh school where the girls are big dumb sluts...haha

You're probably not going to get a girlfriend if you think this way. At most schools, the hookup scene is bigger when students are underclassmen.

People date more often at conservative schools like BYU, Texas A & M, Clemson, and Notre Dame.

I can see why BYU has a strong marriage scene... but I won't elaborate.

this kid wouldnt find a girl friend if he went to an all-girls school

It seems to me that just about every religious school has a heavier than usual relationship rate. I have a friend at Harding University (Church of Christ affiliated school in Arkansas) and the students refer to it as "the marriage factory" quite regularly.

My school is a fairly conservative state school (Louisiana Tech) and it seems that our own little "marriage factory" is located in the Elementary Education and Family & Child Studies buildings. I've heard several people joke that they're thinking about switching to one of those majors soon if their luck with guys didn't improve soon.

I'm not sure if the marriage deal is what you were asking about, but yeah.

If you're not mormon, there won't seem to be much of a scene at all at BYU
