Color Run comes to T-town

<p>For anyone wondering this is a non-football game weekend :)</p>

<p>The Color Run, a 5k race self-proclaimed as the “Happiest 5k on the Planet,” announced it will be making a stop in Tuscaloosa on Saturday, Oct. 6.</p>

<p>Runners begin the race wearing all-white t-shirts that become canvases as paint is dispersed from the sides of the course. Each kilometer of the race has a designated paint color: yellow, orange, pink and blue.</p>

<p>That’s fall break weekend, isn’t it? My D did a Color Run a few months ago in Wisconsin (in her case there was probably a lot of Color Walk involved) and thought it was a blast. She’d love to do another one because I WASHED her color run t-shirt before she did whatever she had wanted to do to preserve the colors. Unfortunately, I don’t think she’ll be in T-Town that weekend. She’ll be disappointed.</p>
