Colossal error in ONE of my UC essays...are my admissions chances ruined?

Berate me all you want for messing up, but I made a pretty critical error in one of my UC essays. 3 of them are written beautifully and are error free, but one of them has two distinct errors that will NOT go unnoticed.
There is literally a sentence that is two words long, unfinished…
There is also a sentence that is out of place and makes the essay a lot more confusing.

My stats:
Weighted: 4.363
Unweighted: 3.9
SAT: 1270/1600 (horrendous, I know)
not going to bother listing any of my extracurriculars and other programs/test scores, not the main focus of the discussion

Campuses:
Santa Barbara
Santa Cruz

Will the admissions offices overlook this, or view me as a careless applicant?

What major/college at UCSB? I think you’re in at UCSC anyway. At UCSB (assuming not college of engineering) you also have a good chance–they will see three good essays. If they ding you a bit for blowing the proofreading, I think that is not a fatal error.
