<p>It’s not a question of capable IT personnel. It’s a question of rules. What do other univs do about preventing you from having tacky/offensive aliases?</p>

Like I said, I’d re-vamp the entire IT department if I were Lee Bollinger.

<p>Do you like anything administrative in the government? Some departments work better than others, but all the bureaucracy is just a necessary evil.</p>
