Columbia Engineering vs. Columbia College

I searched but could not find any real answer to this question. Is Fu the only college where you can major in engineering, or can you also major in engineering at CC?

You can major in applied math and computer science in CC, but that's about it. All engineering majors are in SEAS.

wrong....math is in the college, applied math is in SEAS....there is a CC computer science major but there is also one in SEAS....SEAS is the engineering school so yes, if you want to major in engineering thats where you go....if you want to major in anything else its CC.

cc has a program in applied math too....

<a href="http://www.college.columbia.edu/students/academics/depts/math.php?tab=ugrad%5B/url%5D">http://www.college.columbia.edu/students/academics/depts/math.php?tab=ugrad</a></p>

i stand corrected

Thanks for all of the help. Also, I am primarily interested in engineering, but other subjects also interest me. Is there a lot of work in other subjects at SEAS?

if u wanted to be a bio major... or other science/pre-med type majors... would it be CC or SEAS... i think its SEAS rite?

Bio is CC. Biomedical Engineering is SEAS.
