I'm curious has anyone found any info about the overnight stay? I know in my Likely Letter they told us to save the date, but I haven't been notified of any registration info or procedures? Anybody know anything?

Niether has our D, we’re assuming all the details will be included in the acceptance package. Nothing to do atm but be patient.

That’s Days on Campus, which will be for all admitted students. What info do you need?

Here’s the (sparse) WikiCU page: [Days on Campus - WikiCU, the Columbia University wiki encyclopedia](Days on Campus - WikiCU, the Columbia University wiki encyclopedia)
And here’s the page for students to sign up to host admitted students, which should give you some idea of what the days will be like: [Days on Campus Host Registration | Columbia University Office of Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.studentaffairs.columbia.edu/admissions/urc/hosting)

Also, if you’re in the area, you don’t really have to wait to do an overnight. You could probably call the admissions office and arrange one, or even better (if you know a current student) just arrange it privately with them.

A quick note for future overnight stay participants: don’t forget to bring a sleeping bag. The notice is very easy to miss. You’ll be sleeping on the floor, unless the student host happens to have a mat or a futon. You won’t do much sleeping though: they have optional late-night activities past midnight, and my son wound up talking to his student host about college until 5:00 AM. A great experience.

I would call admissions ASAP. You must have been able to register by this point. S was at Days on Campus last weekend and loved it.

S is attending this weekend and is very excited.
