Columbia vs. Georgetown vs. NYU's school of continuing education

As far as I know (please correct me if I am wrong), programs under the school of continuing education are sometimes inferior to the other schools within the college. Columbia, Georgetown, and NYU all offer marketing related graduate programs through their school of continuing education. I was wondering which one is actually looked upon as less valuable / less competitive.

I am a college junior with a GPA of 3.4 at an above average business undergraduate school (but not top notch). These programs seem promising but is it worth pursuing a masters at the school of continuing education at a more prestige school? Or should I get a masters at my current college which is offered under the "mainstream" school.

Thanks for any advice!!!!
