combining school departmental awards in common app?

I have received a breadth of school departmental awards (school is not that competitive) and would like to list them all but there are only 5 spots on the common app.
Thus I am thinking about combining them all into 1 slot by writing:
“School Departmental Awards in Math, Science, History, Independent Research, Spanish, Arts/Music, Athletic Achievement.”

Would this hurt me as it just lists and does not give specifics or would it showcase my accomplishments in all subjects?
