Comments on Spanish, Lit, and MATH I OR IIC

Can somebody give comments on Subject tests? Im one of like 50 kids I know even bothering to take them and my teachers don't know.

I got a 4 on AP Spanish and I'm conversationally fluent but my vocab isn't outstanding. How hard is it compared to the AP test?

I read on another thread that Lit was hard. I got a 5 on AP English Language and 800 SAT writing 800 SAT CR, I need a super-high Lit score though, am I ok for that?

And for the big question...

IC or IIC for math? what is the difference even?
i got a 650 on SAT math....
obviously it's not my strong point, but i hope to show that i am good at math by scoring high on the subject test, my intended major has NOTHING to do with math though so hopefully colleges can forgive me for that weakness.

which one should i take?
also, should i bother with spanish and lit?
help!

if your conversationally fluent, it's not gonna be as helpful for the reading sat, you need to be really good at grammar and somewhat good at vocab for the sat2.

if you have all those scores, literature shouldn't be that bad, just read more on poetry and start reading periodicals more often (new yorker is helpful)

IC if you truly feel you are weak at math, or you haven't taken precalc,

I have taken Pre-cal, and in fact I'm in AP Calculus BC right now and doing fine. It's just the SAT test is so hard for me with math! I have always been in honors math and made As which is why the 85%ranking for SAT math surprised/disappointed me. Thanks for the advice though.

Don't take Spanish. It's difficult--more so than the AP. I know people who got 5s on the AP, were conversationally fluent, and who got SAT II scores in the 600s. A 4 probably won't get you a score in the 700s.

I found mathIIC very easy after taking precalc. I got a 700 on math sat Is and an 800 on the math subject IIC.
Can a little more feedback on the lit test be given? im thinking of maybe taking it and physics. Im in AP lit and will take AP phys AFTER the tests but I wanted to hide a 660 history (because I got a 5 on the test and don't want to make it look flukey). I heard the physics is more concept based and I should do ok but I don't know what the lit test is like.

i'm confused
are we saying that spanish is hard or spanish with listening?

if you've done reallywell in your math classes, i'd take IIC.
& You'll do really well on Lit if you read and read poems. (which won't be a problem for you)

i can read just fine...what do you do after reading the excerpts/essays/poems?

Hold up ? Spanish is hella hard? . Dude, I've only taken Spanish III, and like I did really well, but that was like almost a year ago. Well let's see how I do on my first practice test. SAT IIs are gonna *** me over.

I'm still going to take Spanish, I might take the Spanish with Listening though. I'm going to try to talk to a teacher about it. And also, if you prepare a lot for Spanish I don't think it will be THAT bad. I didn't study hardly any for the AP Spanish and I managed a 4, so I think with some preparation I could maybe do OK on Spanish. I'm in Spanish Lit (fifth year) this year and we do obviously a lot of reading, so I can probably get my vocab in a better position by October. Any comments or suggestions for studying though?

I heard that Spanish with listening is a breeze after the AP Spanish Language test. To prepare, my friend basically reviewed some of her AP material.
