So far my AP scores are

Euro - 5
U.S. - 5
Psych - 5
PhysB - 5
Stats - 5
Lit/ Comp - 3 ??

I have no idea what happened. I was expectign at least a 4. Anyway, should I even report my lit score on the common app. I'm pretty sure i don't have to. But i don't want to seem dishonest.

Does your school submit AP grades (since I’m pretty sure colleges don’t get AP scores when they see your SAT scores) when it sends your transcript? If it does, they’ll see it anyways so it wouldn’t matter if you put it on there or not.

If your school doesn’t directly send AP grades, maybe withhold it. Although I’d imagine the fact that you got 5/6 5’s on AP tests is going to make a much bigger impression than the fact that you got a 3 on 1/6.

Can someone please help me get some closure on this issue? Should I report the 3? Can I cancel it?

Thanks

Report it. You don’t need to cancel a 3; it is a very good score. Besides, you have all those 5’s that you will also report. The 3 will make you look human and you do not need to hide a decent score. Also, some schools might find it weird if you left out the 3. I mean all the other scores are there and this class is on your transcript so they might wonder why you didn’t take the AP test. Lasy? Poor in the subject??? So don’t make adcoms wonder, show them how well you did by sending in that 3.
