In my EC essay I wrote about a car washing business I started with a friend and I also mentioned it in the CALS Cornell Supplement essay along with two other points. Should I rewrite my EC essay to have a different topic or am I just worrying too much and keep it the way I have it?

ooo, I have the same problem. I am curious as to what the answer is as well. I described one of my activities in the ec essay, and then mentioned it in one of the sentences in my cornell supplement essay. Is that ok to do?

BUMPPpPPPPP

I think you two should be okay. The Common App EC thing is a “SHORT ANSWER” not an ESSAY. As long as your Cornell supplementary essay is primarily about other things and you mention your EC in limited amounts, you should be okay.

For each of you, I would contact the admissions committee for verification, however. Probably a good idea to do so.
