<p>Hi! I just realized that i made a huge mistake in my common app. I wrote the name of my school's executive admin as a counselor instead that of the principal. My school already sent all my supporting documents and counselor forms with the principals signature. Should i notify the uni about my mistake? </p>

<p>This is not a problem, don’t worry about it. Your app is judged by what you say about yourself, not the accuracy of details about other people, especially when those details are clarified in the school report. Getting your principal’s title wrong when you invited him or her to submit the school report just isn’t an issue.</p>
