<p>I believe you send it to each college separately; so yes, you could change it before you send it in.</p>
<p>You have to tick either Early or Regular when you fill out apps...
And yeah, a lot of ppl have been trying to figure out how to edit on the common app after submitting for ED; I think you can't.</p>
<p>As of October 19, you will be able to change the Common App after submission. They will be rolling it back, similarly to last year's, so you will again be able to make changes.</p>
