<p>I submitted common app and supplement already on 10/18 and have not yet received penn portal. But I had one teacher send recommendation by naviance and the other by mail and both do not show yet as have been received on the common app. and they were sent a few weeks ago. Does it take time for them to see the teacher recs???</p>
