I am from India. Here the schools don’t use GPA system instead they use percentage system. So, how to fill the scores in common app?

Are there separate sections for scores of classes 9, 10, 11 and 12? Or is there just one section and we should enter the average of all classes?

Also, I was in a different school in 9th and 10th and then I changed my school in 11th and 12th. So, how will my current school counselor upload transcripts from the other school?

Your transcripts should show your grades on the scale they were given. A percentage scale is fine and used by many American schools as well.
