common app secondary school report...whoa something changed??? is this a misprint??

<p>ok, so my counselor wants me to print out the copies for him to fill out and i'm printing them from here: </p>

<p>so if you scroll down to page 2, one question says "how long have you known this student and in what context?"</p>

<p>but below that, a question is missing- the question that says "what are the first words that come to your mind to describe this student?"</p>

<p>did they take that question out??</p>
