Sorry if these questions have been asked, but I'm unsure of some areas regarding teacher evaluations and recommendation letters.

Do I just fill out all the necessary portions of the evaluations and make copies of them to give to my teachers?

Can signatures in forms and recommendation letters be photocopied as well?

Do I tell my teacher to keep copies of the evaluation forms and his/her recommendation letters in private files for future use?

So I'm planning to give all the materials to my teacher on Monday which include:
1. Forms (2 pages of Teacher Evaluation)
2. Instructions
3. Resume (list of ECs, personal interests, additional personal info)
4. Thank you card appreciating my teacher's efforts

Things that need to be submitted/mailed
1. Recommendation Letter
2. The 2 pages of teacher evaluation

Sorry if these questions seem stupid. I'm an international student and I don't have a lot of information regarding the guidelines of submitting application materials to colleges. Thanks for all the help!

Do I just fill out all the necessary portions of the evaluations and make copies of them to give to my teachers?
Yes, just fill out the student info part and then give it to your teacher. My school has us just give the teachers one copy, and either they’ll make copies, or they’ll hand it to the guidance secretary to make copies.

Can signatures in forms and recommendation letters be photocopied as well?
I believe so, they just send out photocopies to all the schools.

Do I tell my teacher to keep copies of the evaluation forms and his/her recommendation letters in private files for future use?
Sorry, I have no idea. Our guidance department keeps them if the teacher gives it to them. otherwise, i have no idea.

Hope that helped! If it’s not clear, I’m sorry. My brain doesnt function at its peak at 12;50 in the morning

My son is filling out apps. and FAFSA based on his dad being the custodial parent.
My son has lived there and been supported primarily by that household since the beginning of high-school.
For brevity, I imagine, they are having him complete the college applications as if his step-mom is his mom. I just need to know if this is in any way hurtful to his chances at acceptance?
I understand that if he gets accepted at a private college, that I as a non-custodial
parent will be responsible for filling out Profile.
