<p>Ok so the deadline for early action is tommorow and the common app stills says the status of my teacher reccomendation is not started can i send the applications with out it and then when he finishes it later he can submit it.</p>
<p>Yes. Send in your application even if you don’t have all of the letters-your teacher can submit his letter even after you’ve submitted your application. Additionally, most colleges will allow a grace period of a certain amount of days/weeks for the letters of recommendation.</p>
