my school told my i have to make my own transcript and they'll verify that its the truth.
just a question which grades do you have to put on it ? i know its 9th + 10th +11th but do i also have to add the 12th grade? </p>

<p>It’s 9, 10, 11, and if by the time you send it out you have received your first semester 12th grade grades, then include them, too. </p>
<p>Mid-year report is basically your grades after second quarter.</p>
