Common Application error/glitch?

<p>Under "School Forms" I sent an invite to my teacher for a letter of recommendation. However, when I entered her personal information, I used the wrong e-mail address. I edited it and saved the new data, but everytime I go back to see if it was done properly, it STILL had the old e-mail address in! I did this several times and it never changed. The good thing is, she was finally able to get an invite to upload her document. She told me today she finished and sent them off to my colleges. BUT I'm on my common application now and under "School Forms" it still says that it's still in progress with that yellow squared icon. Everything under School Forms is complete! My Guidance Counselor already finished writing my recommendation too and sent those off. I didn't even have to print out those Counselor School Forms since he said don't worry about it. I'm not sure what's going on ... Why does it still say it's "In progress"? I think it's a glitch ... </p>

<p>Even if it's still "In progress" (even though in reality it's complete), does it matter? I can still send my common application even if the website reports that my school forms aren't finished right?</p>

<p>I know that last year, my payment tab kept on saying “in progress” even after I already sent in my application fee with a credit card. Is there some way for you to check with the college directly to make sure that the recommendation is received?</p>

<p>Yes, you can send in your part of the common application regardless of whether the school forms are completed.</p>

<p>Thank you for replying, but everything is fine now :slight_smile: I didn’t end up checking with the college but the icon changed to “Complete”. All green and good to go! Thank you!</p>
