<p>Would this be accepted? Or must I write something which is non-fictional?</p>

<p>As long as there is “merit” to your science fiction essay, than it is appropriet. Make sure that you answer the topic that the Common Application is asking. Remember, schools want to know who you are, whether in beliefs or whatever. If you can incorporate that into your science fiction, I would have to say it sounds creative and unique!</p>
<p>Good luck, I haven’t started mine yet, but I hope to finish it all by Jan 1st.</p>
