<p>Hi! I was working on commonapp. I was just wondering how teachers send recommendations if I am doing the commonapp. Do I need to submit my application before teachers can upload the recommendation? Does submitting my app. activate it for teachers to send recommendations to the colleges or can teachers do the recommendations without me applying?</p>
<p>Also, the school forms, are they only used if the teacher/counselor is sending in a hard copy of the recommendation or do they need to be completed even if the recommendations are going to be done online?</p>
