THERE IS NO BOX/SECTION TO ENTER GRADES OR COURSES!!!
I looked all over the site and the app has 3 pages and it is on none of them.
Can someone please help me??!?!

It does have a place for classes (I think)...grades and courses will be on your official transcript

First of all, your grades do not go on the common app, they go on your transcript. Second of all, on the third page it allows you to input your current (12th grade) courses - which is all they ask for at all, and just appears on your school report anyway.

wait so how are the colleges suppose to see my grades
on the universities app they have a place to input grades like the uc's and csu's
so the only way these colleges will see my grades is through my transcripts??? if this is true i'm kind of screwed cause i havent sent them out yet and the deadline is this coming tuesday

You're right, you are screwed, because you didn't follow the deadline. Even if there was a place to input the grades, colleges don't accept anything without an official transcript. Just like they often ask for you sat scores - they still need the official score report.

All schools require an official transcript from your high school so you would've been in the same situation of rushing to get your transcript sent even if you were able to write down your grades on the app.

my counsoler told me that even if i didnt have my scores and transcript in on time of the deadline as long as i turned in my app
they would wait for my other stuff like recs, sec school report, transcripts
she also said that not to worry about rushing my sat scores in b/c colleges dont look at that exactly on the deadline

Well, my counselor told me that we should try and have everything in on time if we want to appear interested in the school, and to show we made the effort to be on time. I don't think the SATs need to be sent rush though, since they usually get there in about a week even if they say three weeks.

on the topic, how do you have the college board send an official transcript of your sats, etc? how does that work?

Reykjavic :
u just go on the college board site
sign in and click on the send scores button than u choose which schools u want to send it to
or
u can have ur scores proven by having your counsoler include the scores on ur official HS transcript
but not every school accepts this method you'll have to check w/ the admissions office

100% of all the schools I have looked at (which is quite a few) require you to send your SAT scores through the collegeboard with an official score report.

i emailed chapman university and U of SF
they said they would accept SAT scores if they were on official HS transcript
so yea some schools dont make u send ur scores online

that's rare. really. 100% of my schools also require an official report direct from CB.

A direct quote from the Chapman website:

Required Materials:
Academic history and official transcripts
Teacher or counselor recommendation
Official copy of SAT or ACT scores
Any supplemental material required by major

And a direct quote from the USF website:

*Freshmen applicants should submit the following to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions:

an application for admission,
a non-refundable $30 application fee,
an official high school transcript,
official SAT or ACT scores (including SAT essay or ACT writing), and
official GED or TOEFL score, if applicable.*

Better safe than sorry.

Usf and chapman told me "We'll accept SAT scores if they are included in your official transcript. Otherwise you'll need to order them through the College Board."
a simple phone call or email asking whether or not schools accept scores on transcripts can save u alot of money, especially if someone is applying to alot of schools. CB charges $9 and like $26 to rush
scores
