CommonApp for Transfer Students

Hey everyone,

So I was just checking out the application through CommonApp for UNC. I'll be applying as a transfer (I'm currently a sophomore at a CC).

Anyways, on the "School Forms" page, it listed 4 forms:

College Official's Report
Instructor Evaluation
Mid-Term Report
School Report

The first three certainly pertain to transfer students, but the last one (School Report) is about secondary school (class rank and all that). Would I still have to fill that out as a transfer student?

And as far as sending in transcripts..for my community college transcript, I'd have it sent directly there from the college.

But my high school transcripts is what I'm confused about. I attended 3 high schools. One in another country, one in a city far away from where I currently live, and one near where I currently live. I do have all of my transcripts, but based on my knowledge, this will not cut it, as universities want official transcripts.

Could I just call my schools and request that they send the transcript to UNC for me (for a fee likely)? Anybody have experience with this?

Thanks in advance

You should be able to call the schools and they will send it to you. If not, call UNC.
