<p>Hi, I recently invited my chemistry teacher to fill out a commonapp evaluation. However, it says on the "School Forms" page that he's an offline provider and that he has opted to submit paper school forms. Is it possible for him to op back into the online submission? The only reason why he has opted out is because a student from last year told him to write it on paper.</p>
