Communication Design acceptance rates? What are my chances?

<p>Hey Guys!</p>

<p>So I am a transfer students from another college and I am applying for the communications design program for fall 2014. I finished my portfolio and went to the portfolio critique and everything. I think i did pretty well on that and my essays. last semester I got a 3.25 GPA which brought me to a 2.8 overall GPA. I am getting VEEEEERY nervous about this letter. this school is my dream and im freaking out!!! Does anyone know if communication design has a good acceptance rate or is it not so good? please help i need it!!!</p>

<p>@Graphicsgirl190 I know for art/design applicants a 2.8 GPA is accepted most of the time, only because I’ve seen art/design students be accepted with a 2.7 or higher, but your portfolio has to be really good. </p>

<p>Does it have to be mostely computer designs do uk or is that mainly for graphic design. is it okay to have a large mix of different types of medias. obviously i have some computer art but I also have other things as well.</p>
