<p>I can't seem to find any information about a Communications Program or related major online... If anyone knows if they have one or any information, fill me in please. :] And if they do, which school is it under (Harpur, etc...)</p>

<p>Dream of covering a breaking news story or producing a prime-time newscast? What about working for a big public relations firm? Students who graduate from Binghamton with a major in English and a concentration in rhetoric go on to have successful careers in the field of communications. The major allows students to combine a passion for writing and spoken words with hands-on experience in internships that include working for a local television station or newspaper, or even writing marketing materials and blogging for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Interns for Undergraduate Admissions also have the opportunity to create their own e-portfolios – a great way to showcase their work to prospective employers.
