Dammit! I need Trig and Pre-Calc at the CC to get credit for Honors Pre-Calc at my HS. I got Pre-Calc, but effing Trig was closed. Today was the first day of registration for new or HS students, and it was already full! So now I have to wait until a week before the summer session starts to get on the waitlist.

So, this is my plan:
1) Check website every single day to see if anyone's dropped the class.
2) Be the first on the waitlist.

It's a 38 person class... do you think I have a chance if I'm first on the waitlist? AHDFJAIWEGIADLJGAIWG!!!

MY SCHEDULE NEXT YEAR WHOLLY DEPENDS ON THIS.

Relax, you’re freaking out about triangles.

…Can’t you take Trig at your High School?

I know, I know. But you don’t know what pain I had to get through to even be able to take both classes at the same time!

And, no.

Why can’t you take pre-calc and trig at your high school? Or go to a local university? Or try an online program? Either way, I promise it is not the end of the world.

LOL, I know it isn’t the end of the world. I’m just ****ed off. And I have no other options; no local universities, school doesn’t accept online program.

To clarify once again: I know I’m overreacting. I’m ****ed. Venting. :P

Pay one of the kids in the class to drop it.

You’re missing the main question… why can’t you take it at SCHOOL? So, you are put back a year in math… you can always make it up next summer.

I /can/. But I don’t want to. This is my only free summer; next summer is the last summer I can makeup P.E.

yeah, high school students gets last choice for enrolling in community college courses. It sucks.

Lol sucks. There are a few options:
- Take an online course, convince your school to accept credit.
- Take at another community college (I know of one…)
- Somehow skip it.
- Take a test to pass out of it.

just crash the class with an add slip and talk to the prof after. Chances are, they will either add you or tell you to wait a few days to see if any students drop it. And students always drop.
