I'm currently in my first semester of college at a community college and I'm sitting on a 4.0 and judging from this first semester I expect to keep the 4.0 up for the rest of my time here. I graduated from high school this past summer and I never took the SAT. I plan on exercising guaranteed admission with a fairly reputable school (William & Mary) and I don't need the SAT for that but unforeseen circumstances are indeed possible so I'm thinking perhaps I should take the SAT. From what I've seen, most schools in VA don't require the SAT for transfer students and the more credits you take, the less it matters. Should I just take it, perhaps next summer, just to have it in case?

If I were you I wouldn’t bother with it if I didnt for sure need it. But, if you REALLY want to study for another test then do it.
