<p>I am a community college student right now. When I looked up at some of the college websites about their requirements, I saw some of the schools still require the student to send them the SAT score, which mine is not a good one (not even above 1800 yet). So should I retake the SAT or should I just focus on my gpa only??</p>

<p>I say still tell them or you can retake the test (if you want too). When I was senior at high school my score was 1340 and I still got accepted to my top school Seattle University.
Then two other colleges Xavier and UC Davis.
When I transfer I’m still not going to retake it. I’m deciding to take the ACT since I never took it before.
Just pay attention to your grades now I say and make sure you’re doing something on the side like volunteering/intern/employment</p>
