What if I can't send the transcript containing my grade of the community college class I took? Can I just put it in the additional information section and say that I got an A, and then have my counselor confirm in the secondary school report that I did take that class and got an A? Can that work instead of a transcript? It will be too late to get a transcript for Stanford since the app is due Dec 15. :(

I've contacted two colleges and they said that you don't need to send official transcripts from Universities attended while in high school. Stanford may be different, I don't know. If I were you, I'd do exactly what you suggested--state your grade in the additional information section, and have your counselor confirm it.

why can't u sent transcript from CC? i never heard of that

I can but Stanford is due on the 15th and it takes two weeks for the cc to process transcripts and probably longer to send them out, and I didn't know how long it would take.

can't you just request an emergency transcript?
